Wouldn't let me cancel my auto payment After I got a new Bank account So after my payments kept declining I would literally make the payment with my new debit card within the next day or so. For months all the payments i was making with my new debit card didn't count towards my monthly bill so now I had to pay about $600 and took hits on my credit score for late payments while making the payments. Definitely wouldn't recommend them they need another lawsuit against them.

RUN. They “financed” my recreational vehicle through camping world. My contract clearly stated my payment was $152 per month and my first invoice from aqua finance charged me $1,500 then it jumped up to $3,800 LOL. Me and camping world called nonstop for weeks to correct it and kept getting the run around . Despite being in contact for them to “correct” the issue, they had their debt collectors calling me ……..ultimately they told me it was a “typo” and made it seem like I was being outrageous for being upset. What a nightmare company to deal with !!!!!!!

They wouldn't settle with a lower payment they placed a lien on mult property. My service was sold to another company ADT. Without permission.
Please don't get with this company. Return the call on March 28,25
The ext I was left transferred me to someone else that person. Did not give me a low settlement said could only go down 300 dollars.
I am unemployed. They say can't go any lower keep making excuses.

This is the absolute worst bank you could ever be stuck dealing with. Unfortunately, my original loan was sold to them so, I didn’t have a choice. I traded this boat in with a dealer so, my part of this should have been done, right? No, Aqua would not accept the payoff and kept returning the check to the dealership so now they start calling me telling me I’m past due on my payment for a boat I no longer own, and I have already started making payments on my new boat. The dealership was finally able to get the payoff finished (two months later!) Fast forward to today well surprise I get a 30 point ding on my credit for a past due payment report from Aqua finance!

I was made recently made offer from aqua finance to bring an account current after being notified of a mishap with payment method on file while I was away . I made a payment and set up a new payment plan for the 15th of each month to address the balance. I was told by an agent on 3/11 that it would be reported to the credit agencies that payments were being made etc. I received notice from equifax today that it was listed as a charge-off which is completely unacceptable and does not align with what the agent told me verbally. A charge-off means uncollectible and I don't believe continuing monthly payments on a different date constitutes as a " Charge-off" which can be damaging to one's credit profile. This is very unacceptable and to make matters worse I was just told by a supervisor on the customer service floor that I would need to reach out to a credit advisor to explain how it's reported as to discredit my intelligence regarding the matter.

Run! Financed cabinets through this company. They said my payments would be $316 a month. The first bill came at $1627!!! Then I was told they are charging 10%intrest with a hidden 4.5% a day, that is NOT in my contract. They are a scam!!! Do not finance through this company!

Please stay away from this company, supposedly my payment was $99.99 for 5 years and now it turns out that it is for 10 years, that is, double the price. I called them and the only thing they responded to me is that it is not their fault that the sellers lie, that they only make the loans, which is hard to believe, stay away from these scammers and report them to the FTC Federal Trade Commission so they can investigate this company. Please, to all those who have had a bad experience with these people, report them to the FTC Federal Trade Commission. Doing a repo is very easy and I think it will help a lot and save many people from falling in with these people.

I recommend if you have any deals with this Bank run. My bank account got hacked I called them to let them know and they said it was no problem. As soon as I got my card I called and paid but they had already reported the late payment to the credit bureau and now they refused to remove it even though I did what I was told to do this company is an effing joke.
