My husband and I met Beth with the hope of rolling over an IRA and a 401(k). After meeting with her twice she still hadn't put anything into action as far as paperwork goes. We had made a third appointment to meet with her, but we ended up cancelling it and going with a better established local financial advisor.

After being notified of my father's passing and knowing that he had a life insurance policy that myself and my siblings were the beneficiaries of, Beth did NOTHING to contact me or make sure that I was aware of the fact that I was a beneficiary. I had to contact Thrivent's home office in Appleton, WI, to get paperwork going myself without any help from her or her office. TERRIBLE customer service!!! She needs to go back to teaching. I think that line of work might suit her better.
