I love cars. I hate the car buying process. However: the straightforward approach that Bryan and Trevor took with our purchase has turned me around. The amount of care and knowledge Bryan had on a vehicle that he doesn't even sell new was impressive. I have also gained an appreciation for employee owned dealerships as well. I can't recommend Van Horn Ford of Lomira enough.

I went with my girlfriend to look at cars, she really wanted Lincoln so we checked out this dealership, and i can say that Art, Jake, and Mike are ALL Rockstars!! (and anyone else i am forgetting we interacted with) There was never any pressure at all and they never tried to dissuade her from the choices she wanted. It was actually a faster process than we've experienced before at other dealerships. There was one issue that came up but I won't mention here because they bent over backwards to make it right and took good care of us! Do things happen outside of everyone's control; YES. But it's about how people respond to it that counts and Van Horn went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied! We are very happy with our 2023 Lincoln nautilus!
Our son turns 16 this year...we may make Van horn our first stop when getting him his first car!

Very please with Nate's service. A couple hiccups with communication but over all a very good experience. Wife is very happy with her new to her Expedition.

So update to our original purchase, 4/12/2025. After purchasing our Expedition at the end of January, it has been back to the dealer 3 times. For issues to be addressed. Issues that they are using the extended warranty to remedy. We picked it up today again and our Expedition has yet to have a proper detailing, there are still "things crusted onto the bottoms on cubby storage spots, and on the seat tracks and mounts. It has needed an Oil change since the day we have purchased it, still waiting on that. There is still a issue with the way it shifts. That they said "is normal", they did reset the adaptive learning, with no change.
Today on our drive home from picking it up, we open the sun roof they the replaced the tracks. They never finished properly attaching the trim and while my wife was driving the trim came off and slapped her in the face.
So with a laundry list of issue, yes some have been addressed with shoty work, we have yet to have others addressed.
