As a small business owner, it is difficult to keep abreast of information technology issues and discover, develop, and deploy information technology initiatives. I have utilized the services of Jerry Gartner at Gartner Technology, LLC to support my business for the past eight years. In the past, he has assisted us with computer repairs and tune ups, advice on new computer and electronics purchases, and automatic cloud backup and off-site storage of our electronic data. In the several years, he has set up network attached storage and a virtual private network that has allowed my staff, who live and work across the state, to work from just about anywhere. When COVID-19 hit, we were already ready to go! On the rare occasion that there is a problem, he does what he can, in a timely manner, to fix it, including working nights and weekends. I have known Jerry to be an honest, dependable, and hard-working individual. He has been a joy to work with and has provided my firm with excellent service.
