I highly Do Not Recommend this accounting firm if you have a small business. They convinced me that it was not "worth it" for me to itemize my 2023 taxes and recommended I only claim the standard deduction. I ended up owing thousands of dollars in taxes. This firm also over estimated my tax burden for 2024 significantly. I did not pay the last quarter of taxes and I still received a tax return of more than $5k. If I had paid in their total estimated amount, I would of gotten $10k back just to demonstrate the over payment amount. This accounting firm may be ok if you are doing individual personal income taxes or you have a larger business. I did notice that I had a very difficult time finding an accountant in the Brookfield area who would itemize taxes for a small business. My guess is that accounting firms perfer clients with simple taxes because they can do a lot of volume or they like doing taxes for large businesses because the taxes are more complex and they can charge more for their services.

We own a small business and I was in desperate need of a new tax person. Someone who actually knew what they were doing. We got recommended Derrick by another small business. Wow, I am glad I made that decision. Derrick saved us a SIGNIFICANT amount of money on our taxes, he helped us clean up our online accounts, CRM, tax information, etc. He was so easy to work with, his office staff is top notch. Everyone was SO friendly - always. I can't recommend this company enough for your taxes. I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you, Integrated!!!!

All I have to say is whoever does taxes here better call every day to make sure it’s actually submitted. We waited over a week to find out they were missed something and i found out because I CALLED and now we waited for 3 WEEKS for our taxes to come to our accounts and i called to find out the refund status information and THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THEM SUBMITTED! Of course our fee money was taken immediately but our taxes are just sitting in the system not even sent out. SO UNACCEPTABLE I am beside myself that this company apparently doesn’t think people who file their taxes want their money!
