I cannot thank Dirk and Jodi enough for their help the last few months. They are the management company responsible for a property I owned. After moving out, a series of unfortunate events took place just after moving out of the state, I really did not have a voice present to help me through the process of knowing what damage happened to my property, repairing my property, and dealing with the HOA. Dirk and Jodi at RSM are as reliably and truthful as it can get. They gave me true and unbiased information as to what was happening and everything I asked for regarding the situation they were responsive and kept me in the Loop. they took the time to make sure the repairs were all done in a timely manner as I was still trying to sell the property. I truly appreciate the amount of time they took to make sure I was treated fairly just like anyone else would have been in that situation. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable management company look no further than RSM.

Hiring Jodi to take over the property management of my units has been excellent. 3 years has flown by now that dealing with the day to day tenant events is no longer on my plate. It has freed up so much time!

I have resided at an RSM managed property for two years. I have found management to be professional and swift in responding to all issues that arise, which in my opinion have not been many considering number of units. Management is concerned with quality of living experience, while ensuring safety for all. Regular testing of sprinkler systems, fire alarms, snow removal to name a few. Property is maintained, inside and out, with regular cleaning of common areas, periodic painting in the areas, washing of garage floors, siding, and lawn care. I have been so pleased with responsiveness to any inquiries I have made. I have loved my experience here, and intend to maintain residence for years to come.

RSM Property Management has managed our Rainbow Lakes Condo Association for 6 years. Their professional involvement shows in every aspect. Our Building Maintenance and Landscaping been completed since we've partnered with them. Our finances are on Budget and well balanced with a healthy Capitol Reserve Fund too! They always answer the phone with a Smile. I also like that they are a local company, so if we have an issue they are nearby to help.
