Extremely unprofessional!! Debbie, Senior Manager at Kaukauna Branch is rude, unprofessional and a liar! I opened 2 different accounts at this bank and my one account overdrafted a couple hundred dollars so instead of trying to work with someone she harassed me, even though I told her I would take care of it as soon as I was able as I was dealing with some health stuff:: she continued to call everyday making all types of different threats and she froze my other account and misled me! I initiated a transfer on the day I told her I would to get the balance taken care of and the moment I did that she took the money and I called the bank and she said you won’t be able to touch that money, I have the letter sitting on my desk and haven’t been able to get it out yet and I’m like lady I told you I was getting it taken care of today don’t you think you should’ve told me this one of the umpteenth times you called me or at least mailed the latter out so I had a heads up instead of misleading me?! So she basically took all my money and then told me she was closing my accounts?!? Like what the hell lady!!! Ughhh I’m mad as hell! I deal with a lot of banks in my career and never in a million years have been treated like this!!!! Don’t go here!!!! Run!!

The amount of times i've tried to get answers from this bank on certain topics and they constantly lack the effort to even give responses or look into something. Or as simple as reaching out to its own member...Also certain practices that some employees engage in is really an eye opener.... I will be leaving this bank for certain.
