I would recommend banking with a Credit Union rather then this bank or any other bank for that matter. I have been with this bank for several years and I can't think of many times where any of their employees have gone out of their way to improve my financial situation, whether by advice, or providing the conditions for growth of my money. If you want to apply for a home loan, you might as well forget about it, unless you're filthy rich; especially a VA loan. Customer service is subpar, the turn around time for them to get back to you is extremely long, and the rates are historically horrible to grow your money. I'll be switching to a local credit union soon as there are really no financial advantages to banking with Associated Bank. If you compare Credit Unions with this bank...the differences in services and rates are clear. Go to somewhere where the customers are the owners. It seems that with Associated and other banks, it's whom has the deepest wallets that get the best treatment. I'm done lending these people my money and getting nothing but bad service. Very disappointed.

A decent bank who actually cares about their customers would open their banks at 8am like everybody else! You offer absolutely no help until 9am and it's b.s. what about the people that need to stop at the bank before work? It makes absolutely no sense to open up at 9. Maybe I'll have to move my business and my money to a bank that can properly accommodate me.

Horrible service for my credit and debit card - had them set up autopay twice for me and it didn't work either time - my debit card is constantly locked by fraud protection too for the most mundane and regular purchases. this happened right before my cell phone autopay and I lost service so I couldn't even call the mastercard protection people to get it fixed. Absolutely horrible service for cards. the first time my autopay on my credit card failed they removed it from showing on my app so I didn't notice till bill collection started calling my family's land-line () while I was overseas. They still made me cover all the late fees too.

Every time I go they are very friendly. The only complaint I have is that I made an appointment with a personal banker and I still had to wait 20 minutes to see them. Otherwise they are very helpful.

A very horrible Bank. They engage in bait and switch policies while purposely providing inaccurate information in an attempt to profit on fees and penalties. Stay very far away from this corrupt bank there are much better one's in the Appleton area. -Videte ripam horrendum

VERY friendly and EFFICIENT staff!!!! Greeted by name as soon as I pull up!! This is important to me as I am always in a hurry and they are quick to complete transactions!!!
