My small SaaS company hired Catapult to provide a 6 session virtual manager training called Leadership Development. Our newer and seasoned managers alike appreciated the topics, resources, presentation, and ability to practice skills in a safe environment. Our trainer, Nelson, set us up for success. I highly recommend Catapult (we’re also members), the program, and the trainer. We will be setting up follow up continuing developmental sessions soon.

I lead Human Resources and Learning and Development for Markor International-US and partnered with Catapult for 2024 to support our Team Members & Leadership Development. They have been an amazing partner and have created an outstanding leadership development series. 25 of our leaders are participating in this four-part series in 2024. Shane McKenzie, the instructor does a tremendous job in keeping the team engaged. His knowledge and experience in developing leaders meets our needs completely! The content has been the right target and will help support our overall development strategy. I give them FIVE stars as subject matter experts and partners!
