I hired Brandon Wallace to take care of a driving ticket. Paid in full an he took care of it. Happy with that. Well I also hired him to take care of 2 old tickets. Paid in full three months down the road I get a letter in mail. An it stated that I carry 475 to clerk of Court. Well that was never said of. I was told when I paid Mr Wallace that all I had to do was pay 160 to DMV. So I myself or anyone in my family will never use Mr Wallace again. What a shame a man word is no good anymore. I hope Mr Wallace enjoyed the money I gave him cause it will be the last. I could have done what he done an saved me 600. Be careful when dealing with this guy.

So, I never write reviews EVER. In order for me to take the time to write one it takes something exceptional or deeply personal.

I changed my review from one star to three because I won't discredit that my case WAS resolved and I was satisfied with the overall outcome. I do appreciate the team effort that went into getting a stressful situation handled.

That being said, I was frustrated with what felt like disorganization and chaos. I admit I don't know how all law offices function and I've worked with different legal offices in the past and this was the most different.

1) My attorney Mr. Silverman initially put me at ease and wrote things down but every repeat visit be it in person or over the phone he seemed to forget what was discussed and I had to repeat information. It definitely made me concerned as to the progress of my case.

2) Obviously, I understand paralegals will be the ones I communicate and speak with, but it felt like I was constantly passed to multiple different people all the time that knew bits and pieces of information and I had to repeat things. On top of that, I felt like I had to send multiple calls and emails in order to access help whereas every law office I've worked with- that hasn't been the case in my experience. It's typically the opposite situation where they flood my emails with updates on my case or call me. I know every law office is different, but it's not fun to chase down help you're paying for.

3) The scattered communication came with scattered information which led to a lot of confusion and not thoroughly explained facts about my case. I had no idea Natalie was representing me in court the day I was scheduled to be there and it was already a HIGHLY stressful day.

Fortunately, everything worked out and people in the law office did their jobs and succeeded on my behalf. I am grateful for that at least and I would say the most helpful person for me was Candice and she is the reason I'm changing my review. I am happy my case is solved, but I'd be reluctant to return here or recommend someone even though my case was handled.

Extremely professional service. Vanessa Iglesias handled my traffic matter swiftly and efficiently, targeting the exact issues that were hindering my ability to drive. Although Vanessa was court appointed, the service that was provided was exceptional. There was a slight out of pocket expense but it was well worth the value.
