Mr. Florez and Mr. Walker do NOT CARE about their empoloyees! They are VERY SHADY in their business practices and when they were FIRED from our contract at SERE, they FAILED to provide our W2’s

Do NOT do ANY budiness with these guys!!! Their resume’s are puffed up and they rely on Networking.
Florez and Walker, forced their employees to buy into health care and short term disability and AFLAC regardless of whether the employees wanted to or not. Most of whom were retired SF. Because Paying them the extra 4$ as an increase in their wages meant that they had to pay more taxes. During one meeting with it’s employees, Walker closed the distance with an employee getting very angry... I honestly thought it was going to go down and their would be a fist fight!
I actually can’t say enough bad about them. I tried to help them ... for free ... and I was asked to falsify official employment documents!

If I could go on a NEGATIVE SCALE I would! 1-10 on the negative scale, 1 being the worst ever and 10 being the best of the worst, I would rate them a -0.
