Apparently, VectorVest has significantly reduced their phone support hours:
- No more Saturdays.
- No more up to 11 PM on business days days, as used to be
This change in service hours doesn't favor clients who work.
I still think that their service deserve 4 stars, which is my updated ranking.

I've been using VectorVest for many years.
I can say only good words when it comes to
* customer support
* training - especially the free stuff which VectorVest offers.
Just be careful about some courses, which are tailored to use some adds-on, because if you don't, you really miss a lot of the capabilities which you learned through the course.

Following VectorVest daily guidance and per-stock recommendation and analysis makes you a better trader and/or investor. I can personally refer to U.S. and Canada.
Once you subscribe - you get all the countries which they support. For me, Canada and U.S. are more than enough.

The way the product is built and based upon its history, it never misses major trends in the markets, so you can trade with confidence - knowing that your trading is in tandem with the market direction.

My personal recommendation is to start with the basic offering - in oppose to purchase adds on and other tools, which you don't necessarily need, especially if you're just being exposed to VectorVest.

I have had a deeply disappointing experience with Vector Vest. In 2024, I paid for a full year of their service but rarely used it. Despite this, I was unknowingly enrolled in automatic renewal for 2025 without my explicit authorization. They claim to have sent a renewal email on December 29, 2024, but I never received it. If I had, I would have canceled the subscription immediately.

The only reason I found out about the renewal was when I noticed the charge on my credit card. I promptly contacted Vector Vest to request a cancellation and refund. While they canceled my subscription for 2025, they refused to refund the amount, citing their strict "no refunds" policy.

Their rigid approach and lack of proper notification reflect poor customer service and questionable business practices. Most reputable companies in the U.S. ensure multiple reminders before renewing subscriptions, giving customers a fair chance to opt-out. It’s frustrating that Vector Vest places all responsibility on the customer while failing to prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction.

As a business owner myself, I value fairness and accountability. Vector Vest's policies feel exploitative and far from customer-focused. I would not recommend their services.

Stay away and choose a company that respects its customers and values long-term relationships.

I have been a VectorVest member for many years. I appreciate multiple web-n-r-s a week at first but sometime these web-n-r-s can keep me too busy! I feel they really want me to learn their system. I did well when I truly follow their fantastic indicators, especially the SELL signal which has become the Line-in-the-Sand for me now. Reasonable cost as you can recoup the subscription in one or two trades. I highly recommend VectorVest. It's well worth your time and money.

I love VectorVest. I have been a subscriber since 2006 or 2007, cant remember exactly. I would not want to be without it. If you develop a plan and follow it is pretty much a guarantee you will be successful. The software is easy to navigate and the amount of free training is massive. I highly recommend VectorVest.

Been a subscriber for a while, making money, which the best testimonial. I joined to build retirement wealth but at the same time have trader 2 strategies for short term income. I pick the stocks with VV and then trade options. Enjoy the weekly Videos also.

I have been a VectorVest subscriber for over 8 years. My trading day starts with logging in to VectorVest. Having reviewed all the markets and how stocks are doing from all the tools available on VectorVest I can confidently proceed to place my trades.

I have used VectorVest (VV) for many years. The program is GREAT and very stable. The customer support is outstanding. They are also innovating constantly to find new ways to improve and help their users make money. The most recent example of VV going "above and beyond" is their yearly Tampa two-day seminar. The seminar which can either be attended in person for a small fee or online for free has something for all VV users. This is something that takes a LOT of preparation on their part and they could charge an "arm and a leg" but they do not. Even though I have used VV for years and very experienced with the program, I always get new ideas from attending. Great Job! When comparted to other financial products their prices are very reasonable. They also have LOADS of training courses which are well thought out and impactful. AND, the most valuable thing is their excellent instructors on their various courses, with allows students to interact directly with them. They genuinely care about their students.

Vector Vest is very helpful in finding and assessing stocks, but the strategies it teaches gives a false sense of security and the list of indicators it offers is sadly outdated. That has been my experience and it is only useful to me when used in conjunction with
Tradingview software.
