I would like to express my appreciation for Mr. and Mrs. Lowe and the staff who work at Knew Era Consulting Pllc. Because a member of my family has been working through the very difficult process of a DWI conviction, I was so grateful to have met them. They are not only very knowledgeable and professional, they are kind, understanding and genuinely care. The therapist who works with them called me directly to talk with me and provide a wealth of information. There were no judgmental comments, only caring and helpful.
They are continually working to make the process less threatening and convenient for those who need their help.
