Wish I could give them more stars. Had car trouble and they were able to get me rolling again quickly. Rates were very reasonable, honest guys and quality mechanics. Matt was a really good mechanic and found things previous auto shops overlooked. If you need car repair In Holbrook I definitely recommend giving them a try!

Driving through Holbrook, my front hub went out. They got me towed and replace the hub the same day even though they were very busy. Great service ,very friendly, highly recommended.

Took my truck in they said they read the codes and it would be a 2 hour job. My truck was there for a month and they kept telling me they were waiting on parts, I asked what the parts were, went home that Wednesday ordered them online and they were delivered that Friday!!!!
Picked Mt truck up and took it somewhere else , it was fixed right away.
If Wilkersons is short handed or just don't have the time due to being over booked they need to be honest instead of stringing people along!

Fantastic! Finally! A shop I can count on to do it right! Wilkinson's is by far the best shop I have been to in years. I have had some good experiences before, and wrote about them, then in the same shop, had bad ones and wrote nothing. But this shop has made all of the other shops pale in comparison. At other auto shops, I was told there were things I needed to get fixed on my little car, when there was nothing wrong. I did not have a bad wheel or need the brakes replaced. It may even be that there was some work I paid for, that was never done.

I am so grateful to have found Wilkinson's. They use quality parts and honor their work at a fair price.

What was amazing to me, at the very beginning, was I talked to the mechanic. I had told the owner what was going on and then Macy, an excellent mechanic himself, had the mechanic, Matt, that was going to actually do the work on my car, come talk to me! When's the last time you had that happen! Macy, thanks for running such a great shop, for having such a great staff and for your own years of experience. Kendall thanks for checking my car out. Von, thanks for your support. Your belief in the shop and how you will all be there for me, even if I am away from home, was very reassuring. Thank you, especially to Matt. He has done most of the work on my little car. A full tune up. Distributer cap, Dist Rotor, IGN wire, Spark Plugs, Air and Fuel filter, PCV Valve and fixed the CV axle. Things that I did not know were wrong with the car? He found and just fixed it. I had an air intake that was taped up, badly, and leaking. My little car has been in 4 other shops and none of the mechanics even mentioned that it was a problem. Even my son had noticed that. This shop just fixed it and fixed it right. Matt, put a short piece of pipe inside and clamped it down right. Now the sensor is reporting accurately on how much air the engine is getting. He replaced missing caps on vacuum tubes. He replaced hoses that were too soft. He did not even need to replace the clutch cable. All it needed was some adjustments. She is running great! So much better than she ever has. They also cleaned the engine so they could check later to see if there really was an oil leak and where it was at. Matt replaced both the water pump and the air-conditioned belts, that were worn beyond belief, that nobody else caught. He replaced the expansion valve and the dryer, since someone put too much oil into the air-conditioning system. I am very happy to take my little car back to the shop next week, to get the repairs to the air conditioner completed. To top it all off, they got the tune up done and checked out the car before I had to make a long trip. Amazing!

I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to have found a shop that believes in Modern Methods of Management and yet values Old Fashioned ideas when it comes to Quality!
