After 3 full days on the road I had an unknown issue with my truck on I-40 and was in a precarious situation. It was 110 degrees and I had 2 cats with me. My truck would barely move but I managed to limp to a hotel in Holbrook. I assumed it was transmission related and had it towed to Southwest. They looked at it the next day but couldn't find an issue. I took a chance and kept going to my destination in Phoenix but the issue never appeared again. Southwest didn't charge me anything for their time or effort (even though they could have given I was out of state and vulnerable. Kudos to Southwest Transmission for being honest, good people! Thank you!

Transmission went out on motorhome 20 miles into New Mexico. Made a call they said it would be a week before they could look at it and they were honest and it was great. They rebuilt it and it was great , works perfect price was right on.

My car stalled out on route 40 just a mile before this exit. My check engine light remained on. Fortunately I was able to stop here and they were able to run a car engine diagnostic immediately. They were so kind and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re in a pickel!

My Subaru Outback was overheating on a cross-country drive, couldn’t figure it out, coolant overflow tank was full! Late afternoon 90+F out, I happened to pull over here to cool off, couple mechanics at closing time outside chilling, Friday night of Memorial Day weekend, but of course. I asked a question and the most helpful mechanic ever, said he was the « transmission guy » wish I’d asked his name, he thought symptoms indicated a faulty radiator cap, pointed me in direction of O’Reilly’s.
Please understand I’d just paid a mechanic in California to go through the entire car to make sure she’s road-ready. CA mechanic hadn’t even noticed radiator level low even tho overflow tank full. I’d been perplexed about this, even I knew that didn’t make sense and had topped up the fluid. But still overheating for two days out on the Highway. Dang, if a $15 radiator cap didn’t end two days of misery and I was off. Drove like a champ all the way to Tennessee. Now I need transmission work and I’m saving it for my next trip through Holbrook!

I broke down the first week in June hauling a heavy trailer. The trans. I had had less than 20,000mls & was a rebld. It had never felt right. They rebuilt my transmission, they don't swap them out lile the place I had do my last. It was put to the test as i still had to get to where i was going with my load. It felt better from the first. They were honest, strait forward, & did a great job for an honest price! I would go nack to them anytime.Thank You!

Amazing, awesome people. We went to visit and our car broke down while we were up there and they took care of us and got us back on the road the next day. Very cheap and very understanding people. They made me not worry and I was able to finally relax and enjoy my time visiting holbrook. Thank you guys so much. You were awesome.
