I am not pleased with this place. My husband and I went to file our taxes and it seemed they made a minor mistake that has effected us in receiving our refund on time. It so happened that the tax preparer typed my husband full name and my full name on the same line. In the IRS system recognized it as one person. It delayed our refund and we chose the direct deposit which we thought it would be a faster process . The people are friendly but not professional.

Makes you pay unnecessary charges for basically no reason (insurance wise) charges 30$ more for not showing proof of everyone who lives in the same house holds insurance, and then charged another $30 for switching cars so often (doesn’t make any sense!) we buy, sell, and trade cars and they want to charge extra for that, absolutely ridiculous! Would NEVER recommend
