Very friendly and multiple choices. Felt home the first time I seen my house... Been here two years in May.

Doesn't return calls. Uses excuses that are unreasonable to not rent when he does return a call.
Rents to kids that have worse issues and immature but can't rent to someone with cash money in front of him ready to sign contract .
Very unprofessional. Does anything to get the application fee and then turns yabdown. I m sure he makes a mint just on application fees. Alone
