If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst trash service I have ever had constantly not picking up bins then complaining the next week my bin is too full. Constantly leaving my bin in the middle of my driveway blocking my way out sometimes even leaving my bin laying on the ground. I really advise and suggest everybody to avoid them. I live in Columbus NC if you leave here too do not make your life harder by doing business with these people.I tried giving them multiple chances they'd do better for a week or 2 and then go back to their "trash" service. Thank you for making such a simple service such a headache.

For the branch of Columbus I want to say out of all the trash company’s, they truly put the cherry on top. Not only do they care about you getting your moneys worth but they are all very respectful people. When you have a broken can or you accidentally forget to set the can out(happens to the most of us😂), all you do is call in and explain your situation and they get someone out the next day to solve your problem. I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years now and have never had a problem or complaint in these wonderful 8 years.

Whoever is running GFL here in Western North Carolina should obviously be running the whole company: it's crazy to see all the 1 star reviews for GFL as over the past 2 years we've had them, they've been great. No complaints.

Only been a customer of theirs for a short period of time when they bought out our previous company. They consistently miss pick ups, and make broken promises. They have missed pick up two of the last three previous weeks, but they promised they would pick it up today. It is after 6 o’clock and still not picked up. I can’t wait to start service with a reputable company.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. It has not been over two weeks since.my trash was picked up. I have been a customer for over 10 years and should have dropped them a long time ago. They miss pick ups and do not answer the phone. When I have called and do get through they promise to come for a special pick up and never do. DO NOT get trash pick up from this company. There are much more affordable and professional companies to use. Truly one of the worst companies I have ever used.

I requested information from them prior to signing up for trash service and got great information. Very thorough. And then when I went to sign up for service on their website and paid for the first quarter plus the startup fee, I wait over a week and no can ever shows up. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told that there weren’t enough people in my area for them to service it and so I was going to receive a refund. When I asked when I was going to be informed about this, no answer was forthcoming, so now I will wait potentially another week just to receive my refund for the service that they could not provide. Don’t waste your time.

Believe the bad reviews! They constantly "forget" to pick up our trash and recycling. These people will straight up drive past their own trash and recycling cans and not stop to pick them up. Smirk while they do so.
We pay $250 per quarter, and deserve better service after being customers for 10 years.
They constantly miss recycling, and since they only pick that up 2x per month, your left with overflowing bins.
Office staff are rude. Said they send them back out for a missed pick up, no show.
You got one job people! One job!

I have been paying trash pick up and recycling for three years .
I went to the dump on May 18th 2020 to drop off a broken water heater.
One of the garbage trucks was dumping in the garbage area, when I went in after the truck . It was a whole load of Recyclables ( Cans, Cardboard. and Plastics ) Pictures Below !!
Every time I call they are rude and they miss pick ups all the time...
