Having the same trouble i had before taking in for warranty repair. They were suppose to replace my axle. Now i have the same problem and the paint is coming off the axel. I would not take my Bridgestone warranty here.

I cannot recommend this company enough! After Thanksgiving, me, my husband and our two dogs (who are not used to being out in public a lot due to their anxiety) were driving home to Florida, from Asheville…..our engine light came on and our biggest fear was coming true. Thankfully we were able to pull off the highway and go to a car parts store that told us we needed to find a mechanic bc there were so many alarms going off on their diagnostic reader. That put us at the doorstop of Searcy’s. Long story short, Brandon fit us into his VERY busy schedule and allowed us to sit in the waiting room with our dogs (one that would bark at people when they would come in…so embarrassed..). 5 hours later we were checking out, and he actually apologized to us for it taking so long!! What?! We refused his apology….LOL….He was a lifesaver that day and we couldn’t thank him enough for fitting us in and allowing our dogs inside so we didn’t have to freeze standing outside.
Final note: he could have charged us whatever he wanted since we were truly in a desperate situation, but the bill was totally fair, in fact, I gave them an extra tip since we left dog hair on their waiting room futon. :-/ THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

BEST moving service in the area! Brandon is extremely professional. Returns calls. Make appointments. Calls to confirm the appointment AND shows up when he says he will. So refreshing! Works fast and efficiently. Doesn’t waste time. Fair price. I never could have pulled off several moves without Brandon and his crew. Highly recommend. PLUS, he fixed my golf carts quickly and also for a very fair price. Five stars.

So I never ever write a review but I felt it necessary about this business. I have been taking my vehicles over to Searcy's for at least the past year. Dianne at the front desk is so willing to always accommodate me and Brandon, along with his mechanic, have always done me right. They are fair and have always fixed our vehicle's without ever a problem afterwards. My son also brings his work truck there and the problems are always resolved. If your looking for a professional and caring automotive repair, Searcy's is the place to go

We have been taking our vehicles here since they have opened and wouldn't take them anywhere else. They are very honest, flexible and willing to go the extra mile to ensure all our needs are met. He is always available for immediate advice over the phone. Prices are always fair and reasonable. Customer service is the best around, very friendly, hospitable and caring. Very knowledgeable in the work he does. Humble, down to earth and doesn't pretend to be something he's not. Waiting area is always comfortable, clean and neat.
Honesty, integrity and kindness goes a long way and this business specializes in all.

Searcys impressed me with their timely work and communication. I needed a new exhaust system and Brandon was very helpful and upfront about the cost and process. The part wasn't cheap, but my car is running extremely well and it's great having a knowledgeable mechanic in the foothills region. I will be using their services in the future.
