Almost everything has been great. 5 stars for the product itself and the staff. Only issues it seems that once you get signed up (triple threat for me) that they give you a bunch of info and there isn't a clear way to get everything done. I feel i did waste my 1st month of time just not understanding that certain people help with certain things. Helen was able to help a bunch for sure though. Also bugs seem to not be a high concern like 2nd amendment wholesale not working so its just wasted feature I am paying for till someone gets it going. The ticket system sucks on trying to get stuff done, they work on some stuff then close out tickets when only part of everything is done. I wish there was a better ticket system, so I can say i have 3 tickets, for these 3 problems and they are closed only when that issue is resolved. With these issues, i still think everyone is great and the product itself is great. Backend is great to use, (with a bit of a learning curve) Some of my questions are general questions due to being a new shop with new people and trying to stay legal while trying to learn all the laws/rules. Coreware was great on not making me feel dumb when asking questions that I should already know. I thank you all for that!
