Amy was by far the best attorney i could have asked for. Exceptional communication. Professional and friendly. She stood up for me in court as if she was a lifelong friend or family member. Even her composure and body language in court was impressive. She was not there to play games or roll over to the prosecutor or judge. She ensured I was in good hands. Amy and Stephanie were with me and had my back the whole journey. There were NO surprises! Please do not attempt to represent yourself. They gave me a detailed plan and told me exactly what to do and what to expect and were in constant communication through the many steps and hurdles required. I received the best outcome possible! Even though I was very nervous, a great relief came over me when Amy appeared in court. Through this whole process Amy Smith was nothing short of amazing. It is a stressful situation to be in but there was never a time she didn't answer or return my call, keep me updated, explain exactly what was going to happen and what I needed to do, as well as being very honest about what our best approach would be and she delivered. Even since the court date happened she has stayed in touch and has continued to help me through everything. Beyond that, her fee was very fair and I still feel as though she went above and beyond.
