Upon arrival, I was graciously greeted by Ron, who clearly shared with me a clear outline of what the service would entail, along with the time necessary to complete.

Ron asked if I wanted to take advantage of a shuttle to take me to a Diner (My appointment was 7:30AM), and he offered me fresh coffee.

The service was completed within the time window and Ron got my paperwork processed expeditiously and I was on my way. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely continue giving Kia of West Nyack my business.

Went in for oil change and wheel rotation/multi- point inspection. All work done within an hour. All staff are friendly and helpful. Never had a problem in 2+ years of coming here. We purchased our 2023 Kia K5 GT Line here and a 3 year service contract so I can only come to THIS location. I was told we could bring the car to ANY Kia dealership for maintenance but later found out that's not the case. I have to travel from the Bronx to Nyack for service even though there are dealerships closer to me. But the question was about service on my last visit. This dealership is top notch as far as customer service is concerned. I would recommend Kia of West Nyack to all my friends and family.

Ron is very professional. He goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of a customer. Ron left notes for follow up with a colleague while he was out sick. He followed through upon returning by calling me earlier with a status of the repairs and kept me posted throughout the day. The car was delivered as promised. He asked me to verify what was written in the diagnosis/ analysis and asked if I understood the details and to call him if there were any questions or concerns. Bravo Ronald!! A valued advisor 👍🏾.

I have had two excellent experiences with the service department at Kia of West Nyack. I did a recall there and had a battery problem addressed. Both times I found the service to be as quick as they were able with good communication and updates — and everyone I met was friendly. I would highly recommend.

I feel lucky to have the Kia service department at my service, especially the manager, Mike! He addressed all my concerns and in a very timely manner. He also took the time to explain things to me which made me feel secure and comfortable. Whether it was minor repairs, tire change, oil change, or inspection, Kia service handled it all for me!
