SpartanTec has supported PCT's IT needs for several years. Their recurring monthly service is impeccable as is any special requests we've ever given them. SpartantTec has been taking care of our mail services for a really long time. In the early 2000's we were self hosting our Exchange server - but it was not a core competency. We turned to SpartanTec and never looked back. Later, we added Microsoft 365 and now, we are looking at Cyber security... That's how pleased we are with their team.

Customer support is very good, but sometimes technical support is not as good as you'd want it to be. Technical support many times ends up calling Fortinet for help and Fortinet resolves the problem. I can call Fortinet directly, but I call SpartanTec because they are local, and I'm able to get a technician faster.

SpartanTec has outstanding customer service, reliable product and quick response time. They are our "go to" for tech services and we've never been disappointed! We are not tech-savvy and they have never made me feel "less than" for some of the more mundane tasks. I absolutely love this company and wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
