I just had a cyst abscess on my head. I ended up seeing all 3 doctors because I had to go back so much. They were all wonderful people. I go here regularly as do family members. I have no complaints for the 3 main doctors.

This has been my doctor's office for a few years now and I've always loved dr Gurrea. Until today my husband comes back to urgent care for second time over same sickness, he has been dealing with for two weeks. The first time he went to urgent care over this sickness he was called in a steroid. Seven days later he is way sicker and coughing up blood. We arrived today at 8am and was second person there. We got brought inside as third person. We were there for 3 hours and nobody checked on us funny how my husband iswhen we walked out vehichle that were there before us had already been gone and my husband never had been seen. There going to get exactly what they want. No patients. You cant treat people that way and expect them to keep coming backor anything. Finally my husband said forget it he felt to bad to wait any longer.

The doctors and nurses take out their bad mood on patients. They do care to actually get to the bottom of issues, they would rather guess and keep you spending money on unhelpful visits that lead nowhere. They can and will refuse you tests if you tell them you'd like to be checked for a certain issue, instead they play a guessing game that keeps you from getting proper care. Moving myself and my family to another office. Do better.

Totally pathetic that with a standing appointment I had to wait 1 1/2
hours to see Dr. Benitez to get a prescription for a medicine I have been taking for years. Then after all that time waiting, he tells me I need lab work so another wait time. I have other obligations and do not need to spend the entire day in this office!

Awful waiting time. Doctors are awesome, but the front desk ladies are rude especially the one with really short brown hair. Loved Dr. Guera, but I switched doctors office.

Very good manners ,listen to you ,and provide great medical advice.. They check all procedures to make sure they covered your symptoms ...
