I found this group last year because I wanted help with financial planning and taxes. They did a decent job helping with the financial planning and advising, though we always got the impression that they were annoyed when my husband and myself asked questions about aspects we did not understand, since we are novices in this subject. When it came to taxes, we had quite a lot of paperwork and files and were looking for help sorting through it all. We started our own business this past year and did not document all the ins and outs the way we should have. They became more and more frustrated, rude, and unprofessional as the process went on, which was very evident in their correspondence. This was the breaking point which caused us to break ties with this business.
They INSISTED on us using Quickbooks and an Excel breakdown before moving forward, and could not be bothered to do any minor calculations within the Excel file on their own. Our new advisor understands that Quickbooks is very difficult to set up and learn, and is more than happy to proceed with just our Excel spreadsheet. 100% NO NOT recommend this business.

I am a long time (20+ years) customer of this firm. I am extremely pleased with the level of service provided and performance of the investment portfolio. They take the time to listen to our concerns and goals and tailor investments to our comfort level. Having gone through several market ups and downs I can say that they keep our long term goals in mind in making investment decisions and recommendations.
