I've been working with IMA Tax & Accounting virtually and Mr Isaac has been readily accessible. He responds to emails within a timely manner. He told me at the beginning that he goes above and beyond for his reputation and referrals and it's true. We have been using IMA Tax and Accounting for a couple of years now and we were never disappointed. It had made our tax preparing and filing so easy and flawless! Isaac is very professional and charged us very reasonable prices and we have also been getting loyalty discounts! Also to mention that he was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns and doesnt mind getting late night phone calls and emails! It was very accommodating when our schedules get difficult. We highly recommend this business and i’ll definitely refer it to my NY friends.

I have worked with this accountant for many years and he has only gotten better with age.
I have had multiple issues which he has resolved
He has a quiet but firm diligence in pushing me to get the work done.
The craziness of the pandemic has been particularly stressful but he has a way of listening to you and affirming all one is managing but then brings you back to the work of finishing the task.
I am updating this review as his work needs to be known and others need to know.
He has infinite patience as I can dense about some issues which doesn't seem to bother him
He will always return calls and will note when he has to remind you complete paperwork..
Written communications are always sent about the work status and he will explain why certain permissions are required for him to complete the work.
I have been fortunate to continue to work with him and recommend him 5*****
