Cult company, training is extremely rushed, no compassion and understanding, expect a lot within the first few days despite the overwhelming amount of information they give you to learn and complete, as well as applications to navigate learn their system, and not to mention learning the industry you are recruiting (having zero knowledge of it). Absolutely ridiculous. Run and stay away! Also they give you a cold call list and you call the candidate at their current job and attempt to recruit them! Poaching at its finest! Just beware you have been warned!

Do not use them if you want a job. We do not hire from 3rd parties and I’ve tried to tell this company that time and time again and they still harass us and even make up names for people that used to work here years ago. It is a terrible strategy and a terrible practice for a business. We finally blocked these guys and they call from a different number. Ridiculous. Not the way to get hired and I would go so far as to say it’s hindering your ability to get hired by using this company. Beware.

Definitely don’t recommend working here. I fell for the games that GPAC paints out. It’s a minimum wage job. It’s nearly impossible to get a lead and place someone for a job. You’re literally calling numbers that are either disconnected or not interested. They charge you to use there equipment and also tax you way more than you expect to receive on your paycheck. I advise to stay away from this scamming kid job.

I recently finished a short tenure with GPAC as recruiter. Honestly it was the worst job experience I’ve ever had. I really do wish I had a couple nice things to say but wow GPAC is a mess. I knew something just didn’t seem right as soon as I started training to be a recruiter. The only recruiters that are successful at this role are the ones that have been there at least 5+ years. You are given 4 months to find out if you can survive. Also you’re doing training for 1 month of the 4 months. I’ve never been micromanaged like this until I worked at GPAC either. Never felt like I was an actual employee and I would highly recommend to not get in contact with GPAC. Can’t wait to get the AI generated response from GPAC to my review! All lies and you will be disappointed.

GPac called me for a job offer. I went through all the steps to acquire said job and was then declined. Now I am out time and more money. Due to waiting on the recruiters of GPac. My friends and family told me that it was a pyramid scheme and I thought otherwise, now I know that gpac is a pyramids scheme, and I am warning others who try to get a job through gpac.

Led me on to a job opportunity for around 2 weeks, when I finally got the time for a phone interview, there was no answer. GPAC informed me to get in touch with them after the interview and again, no answer. Very discouraging and disappointing.

Best experience I've ever had with a recruiter! Kelley Walsh went above and beyond to listen to my career direction and connect me with a great civil engineering firm. I've never been happier with a new job.
