For decades I've used pop-up chain type tax prep companies. In most recent years I've used a popular tax preparation app in order to save money on high service fees but have always wondered if I was getting everything I was entitled to. Well this year I tried Mr.Giunta, and couldn't be more satisfied. With a folder in hand full of documents and receipts, Tom knew exactly what he needed and got me the rebates I was entitled to. Tom was fast and friendly. I didn't even have to listen to other customers or tax prep agents in the cubicle next to me because his office was private. No phone calls or other distractions. This was by far the best tax preparation experience I've ever had and will use his service every year from now on. I can say with confidence Tom provided me the full tax refund I was entitled to and his service fee was incredibly less that I've paid in the past.
