This place is a joke! We took our taxes to them for the first time and from the start they kept giving us the run around, canceled 2 appointments on us, called us on a Saturday early saying he was waiting for us when we in fact did NOT have an appointment set for that time! Then when we went in we had to wait for a while to be seen. Once we sat down to go over everything, we were discussing our issues with the lady doing our taxes and some other lady stormed into the room stating we couldn’t file that way, which was very unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable! We felt as if they were treating us as if they were above us cause they knew taxes and we got treated like we were dumb and had no clue! The lady who originally helped us was very nice and understanding of our situation. Once everything was complete we noticed the taxes were filed under my name so when we questioned why they said oh that’s how they had to be done and can’t be changed. I had fraud hit my social security number in 2008 and 2012 and we explained that we were in the process of appealing that fraud therefore the taxes had to be done under my wife’s name. Almost 5 months later we got our taxes but over half was taken due to the fraud! We understood what was going on and when we questioned them they were rude and said nothing could be changed!
Now when you pay someone to do your taxes you expect them to be done rite and trust your preparer so you listen to what they say. Be careful with this place and don’t trust them!
