I was with this firm for a number of years and could not have been any more disappointed! i started woth Michael Yegidis who included numerous tax documents in my tax paperwork and on my tax return. I them started working with Karen Staples, who is too old gor the job. She could never remember to write down our appointment so i was left waiting for her seversl times. The first time she was out to lunch and didnot return for our appointment two hours later. This happened several times throughout the years. The third person eho did my taxes was Mr. Dommreis who while competent, over charged me. When i complained and said he just overcharged himself right out of a client, he sent a letter stating that the company would no longer do business with me! Instead of apologizing for their incompetence, they kicked the can down the road until i publicly complained and then Mr. Dumass decided he would rather lose ne as a client. Well, i am glad he did it because i now have a 5 star CPA that can actually do the job! Thank you, Mr. Dommreis!

Please make sure to check your tax returns and tax receipts as you could be paying someone elses taxes! VERY INCOMPETENT COMPANY!
