Optima was hired by my Seller to assess a buried oil tank and ultimately remove it. I shepherded the job. As a Realtor, I run into many service providers for home sale/purchase related issues. Optima quickly scheduled an assessment appointment, explained the process and managed expectations up front. Their quote was very reasonable, and their super responsive customer service was stellar. Shelley and the crew, George and Walker are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The drop off and cart-away driver along with Arlene back at the office, also make this team one of the most efficient I’ve come across. They are mindful, as minimally disruptive as possible during the excavation, and follow proper environmental protocols and business practices. I highly recommend this company/this team!

On the initial call, they came out immediately (that very day!) and gave us the game plan of what had to be done and how they would accomplish retiring my underground oil tank. The two gentleman who came to remove the oil tank were very professional and kind. They even went above and beyond and raked away the mulch before digging. From start to finish they were wonderful. I was faced with hiring a company to get rid of an oil tank on my property I heard some good things about Shelley and optima, so I decided to hire them. I had 2 issues, time and money Shelley dealt with the town, filing the paperwork and in a few days the work started. I had an unexpected tank full of water and even then, more equipment was brought up and I was charged fairly. It was done timely, professionally and almost spotlessly.
