Harry is my Uncle's executor. It will be almost TWO YEARS and Harry has not fulfilled his legal obligations in settling my Uncle's estate! He's never contacted us, which he is required to do when exceeding the allocated time frame set by California standards. I sent him a registered letter requesting documents within 30 days as to why the ridiculous delay. He's never responded! Extremely unprofessional.
Will be reporting Harry to the CPA board for unethical behavior. As well as the agency in charge of executing a will. My Uncle never would have allowed such gross negligence.
