We sold several houses for an estate with some being lots and Bill did a great job taking care of all the sales. He even managed to squeeze in the last sale in December with a 21 day escrow to finish before the end of the year. With his help, it is was fairly painless transactions considering the amount of work required to sell several properties concurrently.

He sold my house in 2018. What a nightmare this guy was. Extremely unprofessional. He had no idea how to sell my place. He brought potential buyers who were frauds. One made an offer and Bill didnt even vet this guy. He was a unqualified buyer , a fraudster. In the end Bill ended up with almost no commission and even that was too much. He had no idea how to sell a expensive property. He is a very smooth talker. Like a politician. Very bad dealmaker. Provides zero help and assistence. Had someoe start celaning my yard who also was a fraudster. I wasted months and months of my time with this jokester. I regret ever meeting him. i also know that if I wanted to I would be a excellet real estate agent, much better then 99% of them. Most dont know how to make deals at all. So avoid this person. Thank me later. My dead dog would do a better job

Where can I start with Bill Davis... We met Bill 3 years ago when he helped us buy my first home. He established such a great relationship with us.
