I came in to set up an account and had to leave due to an emergency. I came back about five days later, and was greeted the exact same way by the same person.. I explain to Cassie what I needed and what I wanted to do and she walked me through getting all my personal banking done getting the app set up on my phone and getting things in line for my business affairs. Cassie was an absolute pleasure to work with. if my relationship with this credit union turns out half as good. as Cassie made my first experience, things are going to be great.

Priscilla and Josh at the Deer Valley branch did an exceptional job helping us transfer funds from a couple of accounts, including one outside the branch with a different credit union to ensure that we were able to make an IRS payment on time! 20/10 experience. As soon as you walk into the door you feel welcomed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our personal banker Cassie McCarthy was the best! Super patient, thorough & attentive.
