This was the first time we worked with Todd Jones and his team, but I have to say we were pleased with every and each aspect of the selling process beginning with determining the listing price and ending with close of escrow. Highly recommend Todd and his team for your next home purchase. I met Todd when I was HOA president and he was the agent for a unit in our community that sold. I was impressed with how professionally he managed the transaction and remodel with his responsiveness, hustle and attention to detail.
