I cannot say enough about how AMAZING working with Lara has been. I trusted her to manage my condo over 15 years ago, she has seen it thru multiple renters, a kitchen remodel, emergency repairs, changes in the HOA, and managed an assortment of improvement projects. She is great at communicating, meeting the needs of tenants, and proactively resolves any issues.

She deserves 10 stars and I would recommend her to anyone needing a property manager in San Diego. I am moving back this year and am so grateful for how she cared for my condo while I was away. I can confidently say Lara is the BEST and my condo is in better condition today than the day I gave her the keys.

Lara has taken care of my rental property flawlessly for the past 9 years, and she does a fabulous job! Good property managers are really hard to come by. The job sounds simple - find tenants, collect rent, answer repair calls, etc, but it's much more complicated than that. In fact, very few property managers do it right - I know, having been a landlord in one city and a tenant in another at the same time. Let's just say those property managers weren't Lara! She has found great tenants who always paid on time, took good care of my property, stayed much longer than their initial leases, and made sure any repairs or tenant needs were taken care of the right way and in a timely fashion. On deployment, or living 3,000 miles away, I never had to worry about anything. She even kept our tenant happy during a 3-week soundproofing upgrade of all of the windows and doors! Lara is more expensive than other property managers, but you definitely get what you pay for. Landlord/tenant laws can be tricky, and Lara will definitely make sure everything is on the up-and-up. Thank you, Lara for taking such good care of our property and tenants!

Lara has been great and incredibly helpful since my move in. She worked with me over email and was incredibly responsive before me driving into town and renting an apartment she had posted about. I couldn't be happier with my place! She will always respond to emails and is easy to talk to. Working with her to get my apartment was a breeze!

Rented from Lara - Heritage Propery for about 5 yrs. If ever we needed something to be fixed in our unit, major or not- we would just email Lara and sure enough she would reply back within minutes. That's not common in property managers. She would also get us in contact with Dom - Dominique St. Pierre, the maintenance guy. He would always get cc'd in emails. Dom and his brother (don't remember his name) would always keep us informed via email if they were running behind or if something else came up. Things got fixed in 24 hours or less. Huge plus!!

On one occasion, Lara was very understanding and helped us out with making the move to the downstairs unit in the complex due to a unforeseen health situation. All the paperwork, details, making sure that the unit meet our special needs, was a smooth transaction. Gotta say that we were happy tenants.

We recently had to move, but would definitely look for Lara's services again. Thanks Lara for being a great awesome person!!

Lara Fischer is the property manager for the apartments where I rent. I've lived here for a little over two years, and can say that Ms. Fischer is responsive and helpful any time I've ever needed anything. Her company also contracts out a maintenance team to take care of maintenance requests and similar items, so even though we don't have maintenance on site, you can't tell the difference for how quickly they take care of maintenance requests.

Even the initial rental application process was smooth and easy. I re-upped my lease again, so I have another year here, but I can definitely say that I wouldn't hesitate to rent again from any property that Ms. Fischer is managing.

Lara is wonderful to deal with. Perfect amount of communication (handling all of the mundane issues while looping you in with all the important issues). I also had a significant issue with a local landscaper which I couldn’t handle since I live across the country. Lara handled everything for me! She is a great property manager!
