Ray is also super responsive, will negotiate pricing with you and is thorough. He also fixed the errors my old accountant made so that I was starting back fresh. What I love is that when he has been unsure about something, he says "I want to research that and discuss with colleagues and let you know." The dream. And then he always gets back to me quickly.
