I really wanted to find the company I would work with for all my cases. I was shocked at how my order was handled. Issue #1: I paid for an urgent delivery to the court. I had to follow-up to get an update (because the online system was not being updated) and I was given a verbal confirmation that it was delivered as requested, only to find out the next day after following up (again) that it was not in fact delivered. Issue #2: After the service was done, I was charged more than the website portal quoted me even though the website and the phone representative never mentioned that I might be charged more than what I am told on the online portal. After (again) following up via the phone, I was told that the website prices are not updated. I was told I would get a discount for the mismanagement of the delivery, but even after the discount, I was charged more than I was promised. Issue #3: My credit card was charged for the higher charge, and after following up (again) and requesting that they honor their website portal price, they honored the price quoted to me on the website. Christina was very responsive and friendly, which I appreciated, but the multiple mistakes and constant need to follow-up made the use of this service unreliable. When you have an urgent court delivery that needs to be done, a mismanaged delivery can make or break a case.

The last hurdle before we moved into our newly constructed house required us to submit documents electronically to the county. (offices were closed due to Covid) We came across Countrywide Process while searching for people that could e-file with LA County and Jack helped us with our documents.

Just when we thought everything was finally coming together, we got a rejection notice from the County for our e-file document. (text was illegible) We made a second attempt after cleaning up our document but the County rejected that one as well. Our source was high resolution, and Jack verified that he was sending the files at full resolution, but the County's rejection notices were showing a severely low resolution image.

Jack really felt bad for us since he knew we could not move into our house unless the document was accepted. He took considerable time on the phone with us to troubleshoot our image and also investigate his e-file software. He helped us deduce that the County was down-sampling the image on their end and he came up with a game plan for how to modify our image to work around the County's limitations.

His suggestions worked and our next attempt went through without any issues. We are forever thankful for Jack's help!
