Fast delivery. Order accurate. My only complaint is that there needs to be some sort of handle or finger punch out on the filter to make it easier to pull out of the furnace. My Carrier brand filters has a 2-finger punch out on the side. Super easy to take it out. Not so much with the Nordic Pure brand. I had to cut and rip part of the side of the filter to make it possible to pull out.
