Kars Advanced Materials’ staff has continued to provide utmost professionalism and demonstrate expertise in the field of failure analysis, forensics, and Materials. The Dr. Kars are true SMEs in their field that devote great amount of time to evaluate your case/job. I've used Kars' for both investigative case work in aircraft accidents as well as sending my investigation students from the Southern California Safety Institute in our Aircraft Accident Investigation Course. My company, Magnetic Sensors Corporation, has worked with Kars' for 2 - 3 years. We have used Kar's for x-rays primarily. They can do 2-D x-rays and 3-D x-rays; if one needs the detail. The x-rays we have received from Kar's, along with a failure analysis report, got us out of a pickle with our customer. KARS' ADVANCED MATERIALS INC provided exemplary service for my team. We utilized KARS' ADVANCED MATERIALS for several material composition analysis studies for a biocompatibility investigation that required the evaluation of 20+ medical device parts. The staff was meticulous and diligent when evaluating experimental data sets that allowed us to root source problematic materials. In addition, the KARS' principal engineer held weekly status update meetings to go over data with my team. This service aspect proved to be a huge benefit. KARs providing us with real-time data allowed us to troubleshoot the problematic materials in an expedited manner. In this industry, it is difficult to find a consulting lab that provides integrated personal attention and communication while delivering data and test reports in a timely matter.
