We hired Christa for our day-of coordinator and she was incredible. Our wedding was low key (City Hall ceremony, reception at a restaurant's dining room). I debated whether we even needed a coordinator and was so glad we chose one, and that we chose Christa.

Christa went above and beyond, checking in before the event to answer questions, check planning progress, and help with the timeline.

The day of:
- she helped guide guests to seats
- she organized the processional so everyone knew when to walk and with who
- she made sure my train was beautiful in all my photos
- she set up our reception so beautifully and all from written instructions
- she was there for any little thing, and was so calm and organized

It was such a pleasure working with Christa. I always felt I was well taken care of and that I could trust her 100%! I would highly highly recommend Christa for any event planning needs

We had the pleasure of Christa being our wedding coordinator earlier this month.

There were a ton of moving parts, as we had separate locations for our ceremony and reception. Christa gave us piece of mind to navigate this without a hitch.

She's extremely well connected, and was able to introduce us to some incredible vendors along the way. She brought an extremely calming presence in an otherwise stressful time consistently.

We cannot recommend Magnetic Magnificent Events highly enough! We went through the same nightmare many folks are experiencing; we got engaged in December 2019, planned our wedding for November of 2020, and had to postpone until November of 2021. Christa was amazing throughout and didn't miss a thing through the long, complicated process.
Our venue, the Berkeley City Club, had a list of recommended vendors, and required a day-of coordinator, for which I'm so thankful! Once we talked to Christa, we realized she was exactly what we were looking for. She explained everything so thoroughly and made it clear she would answer any questions that came up along the way. When we had to postpone, she was so supportive and positive.
As the wedding approached, we met again with Christa who went over all the important information. She even reminded us of details we'd forgotten about and kept us on track, as well as putting any doubts or concerns to rest.
The night before our wedding, Christa showed up for the rehearsal and was ready to WORK! She was friendly and professional and wasted no time jumping right in to make our wedding dreams come true. I think she even stayed late without being asked just to make sure every last detail was taken care of. The next day, Christa's associate Dawn was at the venue early getting everything set up perfectly, and I can't stress enough what a comforting presence Dawn was throughout the day. Every time I saw her, she was reassuring and helpful. It was officially the most perfect wedding ever from our point of view, and while I know that behind the scenes some things may have fallen apart, we never knew about it because of Christa and Dawn. My one regret is that we didn't hire them for their full planning services; I know they would have saved me even more stress if I had! Thank you Christa, Dawn, and Magnetic Magnificent Events, you are the BEST!

Christa of Magnetic Magnificent Events is Hands-Down the Best Coordinator to work with.

I have been a DJ now over 25 Years & I do over 120 Events per year. By that being said, I’ve worked with a ton of Coordinators & none of them come close to Christa. Not only is She very easy to work with, She understands where a DJ needs to set up. She is not one of those Fly-By-Night Coordinators that will put a DJ in a corner & 50 feet from the Dance-Floor. Christa is also on top of things 110% & no need to worry when working with her.

I recommend any DJ , Client or Venue to do business with Christa of Magnetic Magnificent Events.

Christa and her staff did an amazing job at our wedding! She went above and beyond to make sure everything on our wedding day was perfect including helping tremendously with decorations when my decorator turned out to be extremely unreliable and refused to fully do her job.
