The branded group decided to make our account inactive for more than a month without notifying us. Their reason was “Employee Abuse” We never used foul language, degraded or mistreated anyone. What we did was not allow them to take advantage.

We sent many emails and called their finance department every day until we received payments when they were due. We pointed out their project manager's mistakes and made sure they absorbed the costs. We decided not to sign their new contract agreement without receiving all of our past-due payments first. We asked them for clarification on their new policies and they could not answer basic trust questions. We’ve worked with them for a year and never received a payment on time. Payments were not being made according to their contact agreements and we constantly had to push back on the project managers and finance department to make adjustments. It became a full-time collections role to receive payment. They were constantly missing payments by 20 to 40 days and always made an excuse. Their contract agreement was 45 days from the day completion of photos and invoices were submitted. After emailing them and calling them every day we would receive payment in 65 to 80 days. They never apologize for their mistakes. They try to make you absorb project manager mistakes and make you feel like you’re doing something wrong by asking for your payments. I am very happy to say that we collected every payment. It was a tremendous amount of work. But we put the pressure on them and got it done.

I do not recommend working with this company. They’re just a third-party company that receives work requests from various companies through a website portal-like service channel and then asks boots-on-the-ground vendors to estimate them and then they rewrite the estimate with fluff and send it to the customer with a 40% markup. That is all they have, a link to the customer through a portal. They have no idea how to estimate or manage a project. Their customers are being price gouged and their vendors are being taken advantage of. I truly believe we wouldn’t have been paid at all if we hadn’t stayed on them how we did.

They're so unorganized that their legal department could not find a copy of vendor agreements that would prohibit us from soliciting business from their “Clients”

This is an F-class maintenance management company at best. Deceiving everyone every step of the way.

I was called to a job for my painting services and to change a door. Person prior that changed the door, put in a wrong door and charged 10 grand to do the door. Door was wrong swing door and not plum. Customer was very upset reasonably. I told Branded Group that customer was very dissatisfied and I wanted to help rectify the issue at hand. I found a good door company and they came in and fixed it and I resumed my painting services. Customer was very happy and wants me going forward. Thank you Branded Group for the honesty and integrity. 5 star company.
