Samantha and her team were a godsend in getting my mother-in-law's home sold in Apache Junction AZ. The house was in terrible condition and we knew we would have to rely on our agent to get the house ready for sale, under contract and through inspections. To say the home was a challenge would be an understatement! Samantha lined up contractors, got us quotes and stayed on top of all the moving parts on our behalf. She negotiated a great deal for us that exceeded our expectations! But to make matters even more complicated (and heartbreaking), my mother-in-law passed away during the transaction. Despite having to suddenly go through probate and change all the paperwork, Samantha was able to steer the ship back on course in time to keep the buyer in place and get the deal closed in a timely manner.
