Excellent Foundation! Everyone who works here is dedicated and amazing. STC is filled with passionate people who are driven for their cause of appreciation towards asian culture & arts. They throw the coolest events and have that spark that drives a foundation! Keep it up STC!

Customer service is not great and they do not take proper care of their tenants. Our office building always has issues with the air conditioners and its always the same issue getting someone sent out. You have to call multiple times to get someone's attention, I'm usually the one calling from our office so I would know.

We have also had an issue with break-ins, we provided police reports and even the recommendations that the city police have provided. But management still seems to not care much. I will give them an award for installing sensor lights for our and the tenants safety.

We never had any issues when the actual owner was running management. She is the sweetest lady and very caring for her tenants.
