We have owned our apartment for quite a few years. We were making a profit but not a great one. I decided to check into property management 10 years ago. The property management is horrible. We have submitted multiple maintenance requests and they always take their time. Currently, our AC is not working and they don't have the decency to make it a priority to come fix it. We put the request together it fixed 4 days ago and nothing. I called to ask for an estimate and they said they can't provide one. Going to be moving out of here soon.
