I feel be cheated. They knew I need permit to build my house and told me they can help. But they did not write that in contract. And in the end, they show me that contract and said get permit is not a deal in that contract. But they can help, as long as I give them more money to sign an other contract which also doesn’t say I can get permit.
They know what I need, and they have so many relationships with city departments can be used to trick me.

I needed to connect with the right people at PGE and to get my permits during this covid period in time for the soft opening of my restaurant. I had bounced around with other engineering firms but could never get past the planning stage at the city. VER was able to do what other engineering firms could not. I am eternally grateful!!
