We have lived here a little over a year now... Genia has been a really good manager here on the property. Weve had a couple of issues happened and Genia has always been very responsive and quick to a solution. Her and her team make me feel safe living here in this big city. They have in the past had a few small partys for us residents it was very fun and enjoyable!! I love that they all make us feel like family here.. Even though its a mobile home park we can still take care of yards and decorate things like its our own.. I like the feeling of comfort i get from living here!

Shady. Fake reviews (friends of management) rent due the 1st late on the 5th. My husband discussed with Ottie Mendez he injured his back, we were expecting his Edd disability the following week, she said we would be ok,the next day we were given a 3 day notice , the 12th she refused the rent, we were served eviction, the day after we turned the keys in the home was listed for a higher rent. They have a pool with insane rules. The only on site manager they have 24/7 is a maintenance managr the hardly any English.guarantee the company will say to contact them, when you do nothing changes.
