Index Tax/Dong & Associates is my preferred CPA firm. We have worked together for several years. And their service has never let me down.
Even though I have operated my trading business for years, but the complex rule of accounting still confuses me. The owner, Ms. Jing Liu and her team are professional, committed and informative! 收了钱以后对客户不理不问，信息不回，问题不回答，36天以后想放弃了，说不在他们家报税！当晚就给你报了，什么都没有征求我的意见！按照自己的意愿当晚就把别人的税表给做了！但是最后我不同意在他们家报了，因为报税是一件比较严肃的事情，我不想选择在这种没有专业素养的地方报税！最后钱也不给退！！！今天去找他们要个说法，然后还告诉我一直在跟我沟通的都不是刘女士本人！只是在那里上班的一个人，告诉我不能退我钱以后就把我晾在大厅里当着那么多人的面，好像一个小丑一样！自己就离开了！我感觉受到了羞辱和歧视！！！不知道还有多少像我这样不懂的人被骗了！😭😭

非常差的会计师事务所，态度很不好，回复超级慢，在他们那里报税，请他们帮忙打印一张表格，也要收10刀，这是想钱想疯了吗？尤其有个叫maggie的，真的太差了！果断说再见！！也劝想要找他们报税的，千万别去。
