Super easy to work with, very willing to answer any and all questions we had as we went through the process of renting a property. The entire staff were more than courteous and helpful getting this done. Highly recommend to any one needing help in renting a home or property. Made it very easy to set up a portal for payments. Our water went out and all dale could say was " this is Dale with LRS Maintenance Emergency. I received your message regarding no water for your building. I am sorry, but the breather valve on top of the property water pressure regulator valve broke off and the plumbing vendor is right now looking for the replacement part. Water cannot be restored without that part. If you need water, please go to the grocery store and purchase bottled water.

In the past few years, LRS Kern County has been a reputable and engaging rental management company. We moved to Bakersfield and the staff at the Tehachapi office have been helpful and communicative. Shout out to Chrystle for helping us locate a great place to live, to Dianne and Gail at the office for their willingness and responsiveness to answer all our questions when they arise, and to Dale, who assists us with all of our maintenance requests and repairs. Also, special thanks to Luis and the other repairmen contracted by LRS, as they have been polite and have done a great job. Overall, I’m happy to be working with LRS Realty & Management Kern office during our time residing here in Bakersfield.

Dale Maintainence manager @ LRS has helped us immeasurably. We are new renters and he helped us remove huge amounts of tumble weed from our front yard, twice, after storms. He helped us install a new shower handle, and helped us fix holes in the back yard fence. He is easy to access, speedy with response times, & always friendly. We've had a great experience with LRS because of Dale, & we've only been in Bakersfield 2 months. Thanks Dale 😀

Absolutely the worst property management company out there. I lived with black mold in two rooms and the laundry room for at least 2 months. LRS as well as the owner allowed this to happen. I was in the hospital due to the black mold that was caused by flooding 2 and a half months prior. I'm an asthmatic and could not be there while they demolish the walls. They never offered to put me in temporary housing while they opened the walls. It was very difficult to find another home while trying to save up another deposit. They kept 4,200 out of my 4,800 deposit. I had and still have good credit, there's now way I had a low credit score to require that deposit. I even showed one of the LRS agents that my score was higher than what they stated. The house was in great condition when I moved out, I have pictures to prove that everything was as I received the house. There was one window that had broken blinds that were ancient and brittle. The blinds had a brownish tint showing how old they were. My youngest son ruined one toilet seat which I wanted to replace but I just couldn't get to the store to buy it since I was still pretty sick. The grass had dead spots because the sprinkler system kept breaking. They also required me to pay the water bill when they took eight hours to come and fix the water panel that would not shut off the sprinklers. The sprinkler had leaks for a few months unbeknownst to me. My family had to move me out of the house because it caused me to be sick and end up in the hospital for 3 days. My kids and grandkids were exposed to the black mold. I have pictures from when I was moving out and they opened up the walls exposing the black mold. Do not go with this company because they do not care about their tenants. They only care about getting paid from the owner.

Listen, I’ve had my issues with realty management, but you know who I’ve never had difficulty with? Dale, who’s in charge of maintenance. She really goes above and beyond to hear you out and get your problems fixed ASAP. She’s responsive and caring, just all around a great person on LRS’s team. I’m thankful for her and the hard working technicians she has.
