These guys are scammers. They get you to sign a bunch of paperwork, give them your account details and then you never hear from them again. They don't pay off your debts, they leave you dry and owing your creditors all the while your credit goes down the drain.

The consultant, Steve, was very professional in helping me and guiding through the process. He knew what my concerns are and he had great intentions in helping me out. This is my first time speaking with this company in helping with debt relief and I have to say my experiences were great. Is this company still in business? I've tried to contact my agent Michelle Wolf who said she'd be available throughout this process. Her phone number is not taking calls or messages and I've tried to call the company number and the line hangs up. So now I'm really worried. How do I contact this company?

I haven't used this company yet. I've read many reviews. The people who are pleased with the program, clearly knew and understood what they were getting into. The others, clearly didn't know or understand. The way it works is that you're required to miss all payments subsequent to signing on to the program. It wouldn't hurt to miss payments in advance, knowing that you will be joining the program. It sounds like a scam but there's no other way to go about it, if you choose this route. It's a difficult decision whether to go this route or to just claim bankruptcy.

Scam Alert! You will need a lawyer after dealing with these people. Not only are they scammers but hackers also. They took over all my accounts and changed personal information. They will steal your identity. Please be careful this is awful and I’m so sorry for anyone else experiencing this!

I was worried about consolidating my accounts because I didn't understand the process. It was confusing in some areas of the process, even at one point I thought it was a scam. I called the company and spoke to Richard Diep he is my agent. I had so many questions that I needed to understand and this young man made this process so easy for me. Richard took his time to explain everything to me and my husband in detail, and trust me we asked a lot of questions.
